How much can you do for me in one hour?
For example, in one hour we could do a load of washing, change the bed, shower and dress and prepare a light meal (salad or sandwich).

How much can you do for me in a half day?
We could do all of the above plus organise the cupboards, cook a scrumptious main meal, give a relaxing neck massage, supervise recuperative exercises and maybe even squeeze in some office organisation.

Do you charge travel time?
Where possible no as we try to organise our schedules to have the minimal travel time between jobs.

Is there a minimum number of hours I have to book you for?
No – we’ll come to your home for just one hour a day if this suits your needs and budget.

Do you massage?
Remedial – yes.

How early can Extra Hand start?
As early as the situation requires.  A 20% surcharge applies for hours worked before 6am.

How late can Extra Hand finish?
As late as the situation requires.  A 20% surcharge applies for hours worked after 8pm.

Do you work Weekends?
Yes. A 30% surcharge applys.

How far in advance do I have to book?
It is recommended you book in advance to guarantee service.  However, we recognise this is not always possible.  If you need home help the following day and we can assist, we will.

How can I pay?
Cash, cheque or direct debit.
